Kirloskar Industries Ltd share price slipped 3.75% to Rs 3803.8 after the company's net profit tumbled by 34.48% to Rs 82.34 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 2.51% to Rs 1771.51 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Kirloskar Industries Ltd stood at Rs 105.11 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 18.97% year-on-year, and plunging by 38.10% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 169 crore, declining 3.18% YoY and climbing 12.36% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 2.20% to Rs 1654.5 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1005.07 crore, growing marginally by 2.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 98.87 crore, improving by 8.71% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 4.24% to Rs 6888.57 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 64.91% to Rs 507.22 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 56066% to Rs 653.99 crore, and PBT improved 11.30% to Rs 496.65 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 869.79 crore in FY26, as against Rs 598.26 crore in FY25. Kirloskar Industries Ltd crashed 8.34% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.20% during the same period.
